An ant hill with a dense growth of round leaf Sansevieria. Typical location for it since it does not grow in the open. It forms a dense growth in the shade of trees - especially on ant hills. The flat leaf one occurs on same hill at extreme right. There are also acacia, umswaswa, and tall unbranched euphorbia (shankonqua). [Shantz travel journal, Nov. 29, 1919]
